Do you ship international?
Maddy N Co. is located in Sydney, Australia and we ship world wide!
However, due to COVID-19, some countries are not accepting parcels into their country from other countries.
Some countries that are not currently allowing parcels into the country include:
  • Philippines
  • India
  • Africa
  • South Africa
  • Malaysia
What happens if I put the incorrect personalisation?
Once your order has been placed, your order is final and there will be no changes. 
So please ensure that you check all spelling/grammar etc before you submit your order!
What are the dimensions/sizes of a particular product?
Please read all product descriptions carefully, you will find all required information here.
Do the Music frames play music?
Unfortunately the frames do not play music! They are for looks and memories with you and a friend or significant other!
Do you have any other colours in stock?
The colours I have of each product on my website, are the only colours I have in stock at that time.  
How long until you post my order?
All orders are shipped within 3-7 business days. However, I do aim to post them out within 3 days or as soon as I can.
All personalised products take time to make. Depending on how many orders Maddy N Co. have at the time,
will depend on how fast orders are posted out.
How do I track my order?
Once you order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Australia Post which will contain your shipping number.
This number can be searched on the Australia post website which will show you where your parcel is.
