RETURNS POLICY

There will be NO returns, exchanges or refunds for customised products as they are custom made products. If you submit the incorrect spelling/information on your personalised product, exchanges/refund will not be accepted.
**PLEASE ENSURE YOU DOUBLE CHECK ALL PERSONALISATION INCLUDING SPELLING/GRAMMAR/INFORMATION BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR ORDER AS THIS CANNOT BE CHANGED ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED.**
If there is a mistake with the personalisation on the product you purchased and it is at our fault, the product will need to be returned to Maddy N Co. and we will happily replace the item with the correct personalisation. The product must be returned in its original, unused, unworn condition and all of its original packaging must also be included. Original packaging includes:
  • Gift boxes
  • Jewellery boxes
  • Jewellery cloths
  • Product packaging
  • Thank you cards, care cards etc
If there are signs of usage, the customer will have to place a new order and the costs to return the product (from you to Maddy N Co.) will not be covered by Maddy N Co.
If there was a mistake with personalisation on OUR behalf with your item, we will happily cover the return shipping costs (from you to Maddy N Co.). Once we receive the item, we will fix the error on the product and get it shipped back out to you ASAP.
Follow these steps to submit a return:
  1. Submit an enquiry form through the ‘Contact Us’ page within 7 days of receiving your order. Include you order number and reason for return in the email.
  2. Post the product back to us within 14 days of purchase. The product must be in its original condition (this means that tags, jewellery cards, jewellery boxes, gift boxes, product packaging etc must be returned in its original condition also).
  3. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds on sale items, this includes online sales and discount codes. We can issue a store credit, however, the return of the product will have to be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, jewellery box etc) and the return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
Refunds, exchanges or store credits will not be processed until the items have been received and checked by Maddy N Co.
